Jamine Decambra, 28, Darnel Eric Davis 33, and Marcia Jenelle Lewis, were charged with various counts of fraud following the incident Thursday, Sept. 14, Fairfax County police said.
Tysons Urban Team detectives were contacted at 3:45 p.m. by the Louis Vuitton store saying two men, later identified as Decambra and Davis, trying to make a $21,000 purchase with a stolen credit card, police said.
TUT Detectives responded and began following the two as they left the store and entered a rental car with a third occupant, Marcia Lewis. Officers conducted a stop and took all three into custody.
The arrest yielded 36 fictitious driver’s licenses, 32 stolen credit cards, a USPS mail carrier uniform, a USPS arrow key, stolen articles of mail, and other evidence of theft and fraud. Detectives also recovered approximately $15,000 in fraudulently purchased merchandise. They were transported to the ADC and held on no bond.
